Absolutely gorgeous, extremely rare, hard to find and loaded up with rare options is the best way to describe this killer Chevelle Convertible. You've got to check this one out!! This car was originally bought out of Oklahoma five years ago when it was a fresh "frame-off" restoration, and it still looks fresh and new. It was beautifully done and appears to have most of its original body panels. It is solid and clean, including the floors, trunk and frame. The Mulsane Blue paint is definitely show quality and the power convertible top also still looks new and works perfectly. It also has all new chrome, trim and weatherstripping too. The interior is absolutely awesome. It has factory original blue bucket seats with center console and staple shifter, in-dash gauges and a very rare "roll" tachometer. It also sports an original walnut wood steering wheel. The engine is a strong running, great sounding 402 c.i. big block that has dual quads, ceramic coated headers and exhaust all the way back to the chrome cow bell tips. The trans is a firm shifting TH-400 automatic and the rear is a 12 bolt posi. Power steering, power disc brakes, cold factory air conditioning, AM-FM stereo, 15" Rally wheels w/B.F.G tires and a whole lot more. This Chevelle is in remarkable condition. It looks like it was just restored and runs and drives even better then it looks. This is a very rare car that is extremely hard to find. They only built a few thousand of these convertibles in 1968 so how many do you think are still available today?
