Marti-Auto Works documented 1 of 4 1973 Mach 1 Mustangs treated to a recent professional restoration. Equipped with a rare Q-Code 351 Cobra Jet V-8 and a 4-speed transmission. It features the correct colors, fabrics, trim, and stripes. The Ram-Air hood is functional and feeds cool air to the 4 barrel carburetor sealed under the factory air cleaner. It also has a 3.25 Traction-Lock rear axle and dual exhaust. The body is sharp with good fit up, outstanding paint, trim, and front/rear spoilers. The painted two tone hood treatment is just like factory. The immaculate knitted decor high-back bucket seat interior is outstanding. The Hurst shifter is topped with the infamous "T-Handle" shifter. An aftermarket Kenwood radio replaced the original 8 track. Power steering and power front disc brakes are just part of the reason this Pony drives so well. It is very smooth and the motor runs like a top. BFG Radial T/A tires were mounted on the dealer installed chrome Magnum 500 wheels instead of the forged aluminum slotted units. Even the chassis is nicely detailed and features brand new bolt on aluminum exhaust with new turbo mufflers. This is a beautiful Mustang with great options, drives fantastic, and the rarity makes for a true valuable collectible. Nice enough to show but could be driven every day.
