This Extremely Rare, One Owner Texas Coupe has Automatic Transmission, Power Brakes, Leather / Power / Heated seats, Fog lights, Power windows, Power door locks, Tape / AM / FM, Power Sunroof, Power Trunk release and Air Conditioning. Being that this car came to us from Texas, rust is non existent on this Beauty.
This is a limited edition 1989 Volvo 780 Coupe designed and built for Volvo by Bertone in Turin, Italy. As the flagship model, 780s feature all the amenities of the day including electric glass moonroof, air bag, automatic climate control, ABS braking system, multi-link independent rear suspension. Early 780s came with the PRV V6 engine, later models also offered the B230FT 4 cylinder turbo. Automatic transmissions were standard for all US bound 780s. The sumptuous interior features soft Italian leather seats that glide forward for rear seat access. The wood inserts are indeed real wood veneers.
It rides smooth and solid. If you are looking at this car, you already know what it is, and you also know that it is very hard to find them in this perfect condition! With this mileage, it is obvious that this car has been driven and maintained with great care.
Engine is in Great Shape, does not smoke, does not leak, nice and quiet. This 2.8 PRV Engine sounds like it has another 150K miles left in it.
