Recently rebuilt front brakes - new pads, rotors, rebuilt calipers, new brake fluid
6 Months ago - New Volvo OEM exhaust system from catalytic converter back
New fuel filter
New belts - Alternator, A/C compressor, Power steering
All New rubber mounting bushings
New AC/Heat blower fan motor and resistor switch for fan
Fan works in all 4 settings and blows strongly.
AC blows very cold
R134a AC conversion kit - New accumulator and O-rings
When tested system held a vacuum fine for 30 minutes
Refilled with R134a and oil
3 Months ago - Fuel injectors Ultrasonically cleaned, flow-tested,
New O-rings, Pintle caps
Intake manifold cleaned of varnish, new intake manifold gasket installed,
Vacuum hoses replaced
Replaced Mass Airflow with used one
4 New Michelin X radial tires - less than 2,000 miles
Nitrogen filled, very smooth and quiet
Full-size spare - Michelin with full-tread and new valve stem.
1 Month ago - New fuel pump with filter and tank gasket
All power equipment works - windows, door locks, power antenna, wipers, etc
Sony in-dash CD Player
Upgraded white-face dash gauges
Full-size tachometer
Small clock and Volvo voltage gauge in the dash (dealer option)
Even has a trailer hitch!
