This Yukon was to be my daily driver for the coming years, and was for 3 months, so it is in excellent condition. I have receipts for the mechanical work, almost all done at McNamara's Auto on Perry St in Lowell MA. My old car was stolen, then found in a condominium parking lot after the insurance company paid me off on it---and after I bought the Yukon with the money. I then bought my old car back through the insurance auction, as I've had it for 14 years (and kept that in great condition too).
The Yukon is up for sale, and all set to go for a new owner. It's a champ, you'll love it, great in snow, 19 mpg on cruise control to Newark and back, Reese hitch, carries people comfortably, nice music with CD and cassette, looks good, leather and power, remote start, everything you'd want, the SLT model so it is the top of the line before there was a Denali. The latch to the passenger door is not working. Last year I bought a new one and had a friend (not McNamara) install it. The part cost me about $100, and may only need to be adjusted, not replaced. For the time being while it does not work, the price is $2,750. |
