TRACK READY 2005 Acura RSX Type-S. Milano Red. Performance upgrades include a Mugen intake, Toda header, Buddy Club Spec III cat-back exhaust, Ingalls torque damper, Buddy Club Racing Spec coilovers, AutoPower 6-point roll cage (NASA approved), Powerslot rotors with Cobalt carbon-ceramic race pads, Goodridge stainless steel brake lines, and 17x9 Work Emotions with 255/40/17 BFGoodrich g-Force R1 track compound tires (fronts only; OEM 17" Type-S wheels with 225/45/17 Kumho Ecsta XS tires in the rear). Cosmetic upgrades include a Seibon Mugen-style carbon fiber hood with red J's Racing hood pins, JDM Type R valve cover, Spoon Sports oil & radiator caps, JDM fender sidemarkers, S2000 CR 6-speed shifter knob, and various track vinyls & decals, including Spoon Sports & OPAK racing, TODA Power, Honda VERNO, BFGoodrich, Cobalt, GT Channel, NASA, and tow hook indicators.
The interior is semi-gutted. The dash, console, door panels, pillar trims, and headliner remain, but pretty much everything else has been removed (the only extra interior piece I have is the passenger seat). This is a 1-Owner vehicle with a clean title and clean Carfax report. No previous accidents or other red flags. Only 76k miles. All original paint and body with matching vin numbers on all panels. The motor pulls hard, transmission shifts well, and the clutch feels great. Although it could easily be converted for daily street use, this Type-S is ideal for someone who wants one for track use. I bought it with the intentions of tracking it myself, and may still do so. In the mean time, I figured I would post it up for sale and see if anyone else has interest in it. Its a hard color to find, the paint and body are in great shape, it has a lot of top-shelf parts, and to cap it all off, its a 1-owner vehicle with a clean title & Carfax.
