The 2000 Nissan Sentra represents the fifth generation of the popular compact sedan and was redesigned for this model year. All Sentra trims are outfitted with a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine generating 126 horsepower, paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. An automatic transmission is also available as an option.
