2008 Lincoln Town Car Overview

The 2008 Lincoln Town Car is a luxury sedan from Lincoln history, known for its comfort and spaciousness. It comes in two trims: the Signature Limited and the extended-wheelbase Signature L. Both trims use a 4.6-liter V8 engine that produces 239 horsepower mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Unlike many contemporary luxury cars, the Town Car retains a rear-wheel-drive layout which contributes to its classical ride quality. Inside, the Town Car maintains a traditional luxury aesthetic with abundant creature comforts, such as dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable pedals, heated front seats, and a premium audio system. Despite having few modern touches, it offers ample passenger room both up front and in the rear, no matter the trim. On the safety front, all models include front side airbags, anti-lock brakes, and traction control.
