1968 Chevrolet Corvette

1968 Corvette CONVERTIBLE Restomod project on COFFMAN chassis. We started this project in house but customer lost interest. Lets start with the basics:

1968 Corvette Convertible with BOTH tops. Paint is an older, mid quality color change. Paint on hood does not quite match. Chips and nicks, stress cracks and are to be expected. With the said, it still presents nicely. Floor pan cracked on driver side foot well. See images. Rear wheel tubs need to be finished. COFFMAN floor kit installed (battery mounts behind differential under car). Includes bumpers, trim some powdercoated brackets etc. Headlights included and are 68 only. Door glass is mismatched. 1968 only handles, latches and locks included. Two valances are included as shown. Wiper door and components included as shown.

Interior includes 1969 style seats with headrests. Consoles included as shown. Center gauge cluster with white faced gauges. Two speedometer/tachometer clusters included, one with white face gauges in correct 1968 blue dash panel and the other in modified black dash panel. Correct 68 passenger dash panel included and top dash pad as well. One door panel is original and the other is a reproduction. Carpet not included.

LS3 shorty headers and side pipes have been ceramic coated. Complete NEW Vintage AIR system included and IDIDIT steering column. Unbranded aluminum radiator and SPAL fans also included. TANKS Brand new fuel tank.

Coffman chassis (Powdercoated) includes Wilwood Brakes and T-Bird rack and pinion steering. Also includes a DANA 44 3.73 ratio differential with custom cover, custom subframe. Coffman uses C6 and C7 steering and suspension components with C8 axles. Coil over suspension allows for full adjustment.

Car has a CLEAN PA (Antique) title. Original engine, frame etc are not included nor available. No engine or transmission are included. Please look at pictures, if you don't see it, its likely not included.
