Certainly one of the lowest mileage, original excellent condition examples of this attractive interpretation of the famous MB 500K cabriolet. Ford Mustang 302 V-8 engine and C4 3 speed automatic transmission, A/C, Tan Leather Interior, original white Gel-Coat finish is in amazing condition. The car is equipped with rack-and-pinion steering, and the suspension features A-arms with tube shocks at the front as well as leaf springs assisted by hydraulic dampers in back. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums. The current owner has spent considerable time and expense updating the wiring and electrical system. This Marlene features like-new wide white wall tires, wooden dash with classic instruments and glove compartment, wooden steering wheel, 2 piece windshield and convertible top and rollup windows. Included are a cover for the top canvas when down. The brightwork/chrome is in overall great condition. Non-functioning/display supercharged pipes on both sides of the hood gives the car a nice antique look.
