From 1970 through 1981 Pontiac built the second generation of the Firebird. Introduced mid-year 1970, The Firebird was a redesigned with a more swoopy body style replacing the “Coke Bottle” styling. For 1975, some restyling was done like turn signals and a changed rear window. A total of almost 21,000 Esprit units were built in 1975 with a total of 84,000 Firebirds built. This particular unit comes out of long term ownership with excellent care and ownership. The car has had a re-paint quite a while ago, it has some blemishes like paint and interior. The car starts, runs and shifts nicely and seems to be Mechanically quite sound. All the lights and gauges seem to work as they should.
