Excellent, all-original 1978 Volkswagen Super Beetle Fuel Injected Convertible in oustanding collectible condition. Fuel-injected 1600 engine, 4-speed manual transmission, and padded/insulated convertible top with heated glass rear window. This car is totally stock and unmodified. Just completely gone over mechanically and fully serviced. Recent work includes replace spark plugs, replace fuel filter/lines, replace fuel pump, valve adjustment, replace exhaust manifold gaskets, change oil/filter and much more. This car was gone over top-to-bottom and it runs and drives beautifully. Starts perfectly on the first try, idles great, makes good power and drives extremely well. No leaks, no body rust, no underside issues, and no clunks/noises or problems. Brakes operate as they should, good clutch, smooth-shifting transmission, tight suspension, etc. This is a fully reliable, dependable and trustworthy fun car.This Beetle is ready to park in your garage and take out on nice days. Excellent paint in beautiful condition. One repaint since new, and the paint in in great shape. Excellent finish quality, and very good exterior appearance all around. Nearly new tires. Extremely clean interior in beautiful shape. Excellent cloth seats, great carpets and very nice interior plastic/vinyl surfaces. No sun damage, no cracking or fading.
