1979 Ford LTD

Everyone's grandfather probably drove a Ford LTD Sedan at some point. They are big and roomy. They usually have a V8 motor and they certainly float done the road. Our Ultra Low Mile 1979 Ford LTD pictured here was purchased new at Diers Ford in Freemont, Nebraska and has only accumulated 10,833 miles from new. Why did the original owner save this car? We don't know but he did keep it in a climate controlled environment until his passing in 2019. From there it was in and out of a few collections until Rally Sport Classics acquired the car recently and are making this beautiful car available to you. The condition is absolutely amazing. The original assembly line applied medium Blue Glow Metallic Paint (code 5613-A) still looks near perfect and is 100 % original. The original blue cloth interior is also just as crisp. The original chrome and trim is clear and bright. Documented with all original books and manuals. We ordered a Marti report to confirm the options. Built in Atlanta June 1979. Options would include white wall tires, Speed Control, Manual Air Conditioning, AM Radio, Exterior Accent Group, Left Hand Remote Control Side Mirror, Tinted Glass, Front License Plate Bracket and White Vinyl Insert Bodyside Molding. Upon coming out of storage in 2019 the car was completely freshened up mechanically that consisted of belts and hoses, fresh brakes all around, New radiator etc. The air conditioning system was also converted to R-134A and blows ice cold. Other documentation would include Original selling dealer emblem still attached to the rear decklid. original selling dealer license plate advertisement, Original selling dealer leather keychains with original aluminum keys, Original showroom brochures and as previously mentioned all glovebox manuals and books and the Marti Report.
