The BMW Z3 M Coupe “clown shoe” is one of the more unique models to make it out of the BMW M design team’s office. Producing a pure drivers-coupe from a E36/7 originally-soft top chassis gives this Z3M coupe its unusual, yet interesting shape – a long narrow front end, a rather rearward seating position and extremely aggressive rear hips that stand out from the narrow roofline. According to M coupe buyers guide, this example is one of only 103 Alpine White M coupes produced for North America and one of just two with a factory sunroof delete making this an extremely rare example.

While the Z3M was sold stateside with the S52B30 like its E36 sibling, euro market examples honed the S50B32- a more powerful, more lively inline 6 due to its individual throttle bodies, revised internals, increased compression and sightly larger displacement. Paired with the Supersprint catback, Gruppe M intake and a mild tune, this M coupe has a further enhanced power output without compromising reliability and drivability. The Supersprint allows the S50 to sing through the RPM range without any rasp or drone while the Gruppe M intake enhances intake noise and enhances airflow to the independent throttle bodies.

The timeless alpine white paint retains a great shine with no yellowing o rock chips. The traditional “body in white” is clean, simple, and has a beauty of its own. Paired with black 5-spoke motorsport-inspired Advan GTs, an aggressive stance compliments of an upgraded Aragosta coilovers, upgraded hood vents and chrome upward facing exhaust tips, this Z3 is a head turner during the day and under the Miami night lights.
