The 1989 Ford E-Series, also known as the Econoline, is a full-size van that has been a reliable workhorse for businesses and large families. The Econoline offers a range of engine options like the standard 4.9-liter I6 to a powerful 7.5-liter V8 that outputs up to 245 horsepower.
