The 1990 BMW 7 Series represents its third generation, known for combining luxury and performance. It includes the 735i sedan and long wheelbase 735iL, both equipped with a 208-hp 3.4-liter inline-6 engine, and the highly desirable 750iL long-wheelbase V-12 sedan, which produces a robust 296 horsepower from its 5.0-liter V12 engine. A 4-speed automatic transmission was standard for all. Inside, the cabin was wrapped in leather upholstery and adorned with wood trim. The 7-Series was one of the first vehicles to come standard with dual-zone climate control for customized comfort. Regarding technology, it was a pioneering model, introducing a new advanced Integrated On-Board Information System with a visual display.
