The 1991 Chrysler Le Baron, considered part of the third generation, came in several body styles: sedan, convertible, and coupe. It was available with either a 100-hp 2.5L inline-four or a 141-hp turbocharged inline-four. A 3.0L V6 engine was also available, pumping out up to 141-hp. Depending on the engine, both 3-speed and 4-speed automatic transmissions were offered. The Le Baron was front-wheel drive across all models. While it didn’t boast many modern-day infotainment features, for its era, items such as an AM/FM stereo and air conditioning were notable. While fuel efficiency and power weren't its strength, the Le Baron was favored for its generous passenger space, especially in the convertible model, and it's plush, velour interiors.
