The 1994 Ford Explorer is part of the first-generation lineup. It's an SUV that offers plenty of utility and comfort. Available in two trim levels — XL and Eddie Bauer — it has a 4.0-liter V6 engine under the hood. This powertrain generates up to 160 horsepower and is paired with either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission, with the option for four-wheel drive. Ford enhanced the handling experience with an available independent front suspension. Inside, the spacious cabin can comfortably seat up to five passengers. While not fitted with a modern infotainment system, it does include an AM/FM radio with a cassette player, and power steering for a comfortable ride.
