The 1997 Nissan Quest is a second-generation minivan produced by the Japanese automaker. It features a 3.0L V6 engine that generates 151 hp paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The engine was upgraded this year to increase horsepower and torque. All-wheel ABS and dual front airbags were standard, improving the vehicle's safety profile. The 1997 Quest offers three trims: GXE, XE, and SE, all equipped with FWD. The interior is versatile and roomy, with optional second-row captain's chairs and a removable third-row bench seat. The standard features include a tilt steering wheel, remote keyless entry, cruise control, and power windows and locks. The Quest did not yet offer infotainment system due to its generation. However, luxury options such as leather upholstery, a sunroof, and power driver seat could be availed in the upper trims.
