The 1998 Ford E-350 is one of the models of Ford's E-Series, also known as the Econoline Van. It belongs to the fourth generation of the series which was known for its capability and versatility. The E-350 was powered by a range of V8 gasoline engines, starting from a 4.2L all the way up to a 7.3L PowerStroke Turbo Diesel V8. Notably, the 7.3L diesel produced 215 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque. It was equipped with rear-wheel drive and came with a 4-speed automatic transmission. It catered to various market needs, from passenger duties to cargo hauling, and even included a chassis cab variant for more intensive commercial applications.
