The 1998 Toyota T100 was one of the last models of Toyota's mid-size truck before the arrival of the now-popular Tacoma. As part of its third and last generation, it straddled the line between compact pickup and full-size workhorse. It was only available with one engine option, a 3.4-liter V6 producing about 190 horsepower. The T100 was available in both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, with a standard five-speed manual or optional four-speed automatic transmission. While it didn't boast many frills, it upheld Toyota's reputation for reliability and durability. It featured a basic interior, but offered a generously sized bed for its class. Despite its discontinuation, it remains a well-regarded truck in the used market.
