1999 Ford F-350 Overview

The 1999 Ford F-350 is part of the brand's renowned Super Duty series. A key player in the heavy-duty truck segment, it's powerful and versatile enough to handle tough jobs and heavy payloads. The 1999 F-350 came standard with a 5.4-liter V8 engine, producing 255 horsepower, but buyers could also opt for a more robust 6.8-liter V10 or a 7.3-liter turbo-diesel V8. A five-speed manual transmission was standard, while a four-speed automatic was optional. As for drivetrain, both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and four-wheel drive (4WD) configurations were available. This truck didn't stand out for its infotainment, as those technologies were not yet common, but it offered key safety features for the time such as front-impact airbags and anti-lock brakes. It's available in a variety of trims and configurations, including regular cab, SuperCab, and Crew Cab, and offers varying bed lengths and Single or Dual Rear Wheel options.
