The 2000 Acura TL, part of the popular midsize sedan's second generation, was one of the most successful offerings from the luxury division of Honda. It came with a potent 3.2-liter V6 engine, pumping out 225 horsepower and mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission with FWD. It was offered in a single trim level that was well equipped with top-end features such as a power moonroof, leather upholstery, and heated front seats. Standard safety features were generous and included ABS and side airbags. On the interior, an upgrade package added a navigation system - a rarity at the time - showing Acura was pushing the envelope in tech-driven luxuries.
