2001 Chrysler 300M Overview

Introduced in 1999 as a part of Chrysler's LH platform, the 2001 Chrysler 300M represents the premium full-size sedan segment of the early 21st-century American automotive industry. It came equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 253 horsepower, paired with a four-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels. The standard trim level was replete with luxury features such as leather upholstery, cruise control, power driver and passenger seats, and a six-disc in-dash CD changer with Infinity speakers. A performance handling package and a luxury group package with a power sunroof and real California walnut wood trim were optional. Safety features included anti-lock brakes, child protection rear door locks, traction control, and multi-stage airbags.
