The 2001 Infiniti QX4 is part of the first generation of this luxury SUV, originally introduced in 1997. It comes equipped with a 3.5L V6 engine, replacing the previous model year's 3.3L V6, which produces 240 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque. Coupled with a 4-speed automatic transmission, it can be had in either RWD or optional 'All-Mode' 4WD that can automatically switch between 2WD and 4WD as conditions require. This midsize SUV comes in just one trim level, which comes well-equipped with features including leather seats, automatic climate control, and a Bose audio system. On the tech side, the Infiniti QX4 offered a CD-player and a navigation system was added midway through the model year. Notable safety features include ABS, dual front airbags, and front side airbags.
