The 2002 Acura RSX, a second-generation luxury sport compact car, is a successor to the Integra. It's known for its combination of performance, style and economy. The RSX comes in two trims, the base model and the performance-oriented Type-S. Both variants are powered by a 2.0-litre i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine, with the base type offering 155 horsepower, and Type-S boasting a more spirited 200 horsepower. Power is managed by a 5-speed automatic with Sequential SportShift in the base model, while a close-ratio 6-speed manual serves the Type-S. Interior features include a leather-wrapped steering wheel and perforated leather-trimmed seats. Tech highlights include a six-speaker Acura Premium Sound System, and auto-off headlights. From a safety perspective, the Acura RSX features antilock brakes, dual-front airbags, and side airbags.
