2002 Chrysler 300 Overview

The 2002 Chrysler 300 was a part of the model’s second generation. This luxury sedan came with two engine options: a standard 2.7-litre V6 producing 200 horsepower and a 3.5-litre V6, available in the higher trim, that was capable of delivering 250 horsepower. Both engines were mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. Available in five different trims: LX, LXi, Limited, 300M and 300M Special; it was well known for its spacious interior and comfort. The standard infotainment system came with AM/FM radio and a CD player. Its most lauded safety features included anti-lock brakes and front-impact airbags. The 300M Special was introduced in this year, adding performance enhancements including a sport suspension, performance-tuned steering, and 18-inch wheels.
