The 2002 Toyota Tundra is a part of the first-generation lineup, available in three body styles: Regular Cab, Access Cab and Stepside Access Cab. Powered by either a 190-hp 3.4L V6 or a 4.7L V8 producing 245 hp, all mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, while four-wheel drive is an available option. The V8 Access Cab model also comes with an optional off-road package for enhanced off-roading capabilities. On the inside, the Tundra features air conditioning, power accessories, AM/FM/CD audio and cruise control. Safety features include front airbags, ABS brakes, and optional stability control in higher trims. The 2002 Tundra brought about minor changes to the lineup, primarily in the interior trim, audio systems, and optional equipment packages.
