Both manual and automatic transmissions were available, combined with front-wheel drive. Inside, the Accord offered key features such as dual-zone climate control and an upgraded audio system with available satellite radio - a novelty at the time. Safety was highlighted with standard front-seat side airbags, and antilock brakes. In terms of technology, the '03 Accord led with an optional touch-screen navigation system.
