The 2004 Acura RSX, a part of the car's first and only generation lasting from 2002 to 2006, is a compact luxury sports coupe celebrated for its refined performance and comfortable interior. You can get it in either a base trim or the more performance-oriented Type-S. The base version has a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine making 160 horsepower and offers a 5-speed automatic transmission with an optional 5-speed manual. The Type-S variant gets a revvier 2.0-liter engine delivering 200 horsepower and is mated exclusively to a 6-speed manual transmission. Standard features include an in-dash six-disc CD changer, automatic climate control, and leather seating in the Type-S. The RSX holds pretty well in safety with standard anti-lock brakes and side airbags.
