The 2004 Chevrolet Express is a full-size van designed for heavy work or transporting large groups of people. Coming in 1500, 2500, and 3500 variants, the Express offers flexibility for a variety of tasks. Two gas-powered engines are available: a 4.3L V6 with 195 horsepower and a 5.3L V8 with 285 horsepower. There is also a 6.6L Duramax Turbo Diesel V8 with 300 horsepower. Both the V6 and the V8 engines are paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. The Express comes standard with rear-wheel drive.
