The 2005 BMW 6 Series is an embodiment of technological sophistication and innovative design. Representing the first generation of the revived 6 Series after a fourteen-year hiatus, it came as a gran turismo and a cabriolet. Offered with two trim levels, 645Ci coupe and 645Ci convertible, it is powered by a 4.4-liter V8 engine that outputted 325 horsepower, paired with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission, or a 6-speed sequential manual gearbox (SMG). Notably, its exterior design brought something modern yet tastefully elegant to the sport-luxury segment. The interior offered a driver-oriented cockpit, with opulent materials and well-placed controls. The 6-series was equipped with features such as Active Steering, adaptive headlights, parking distance control and navigation system with voice recognition. Yet beyond the luxury and aesthetics, it came with impressive handling and ride comfort.
