The 2005 Ford Expedition is part of the full-size SUV's second generation. It offers a powerful 5.4-liter V8 engine that delivers up to 300 horsepower. This engine is paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission and it’s available in either a rear-wheel drive platform or optional four-wheel drive. The Expedition offers three trims: XLT, Eddie Bauer, and Limited, all easily seating up to eight people in comfortable and spacious interiors. Notable features include keyless entry, rear parking sensors, front and side airbags, ABS and a CD audio system. While not packed with modern infotainment like later models, the Expedition provided competitive features for its time.
