The 2007 Cadillac STS is a luxury sedan, emanating style and performance. Two engine options were available: a 3.6L V6 delivering 254 horsepower and a 4.6L Northstar V8 kicking out 320 horsepower. Both engines were mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission, with optional 6-speed. The STS came in three trims: V6, V8, and the high-performing STS-V. The STS-V stood out with a supercharged V8 generating 469 horsepower. All models were available in rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. A key highlight was the Adaptive Remote Start system, letting the car adjust to various conditions on start-up. The STS also featured a keyless access system. Safety features included front-side airbags, curtain-type head protection airbags, and an optional Lane Departure Warning system. Its onboard tech included an 8-inch touch infotainment system, and an available 15-speaker Bose 5.1 Studio Surround Sound system.
