The 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is a front-wheel-drive coupe, part of its sixth and final generation. It is available in three trims: LS, LT, and SS. The LS and LT are powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 211 horsepower, while the top-performance SS variant gets an increase with a 5.3-liter V8 churning out 303 horsepower. All come with a 4-speed automatic transmission. Key safety features include antilock brakes, traction control, and dual front airbags. Infotainment options for the Monte Carlo include an MP3-compatible CD player, auxiliary audio jack and the OnStar communication system. After 2007, Chevrolet discontinued the Monte Carlo model.
