The 2007 Lincoln MKZ is a luxury midsize sedan that is part of Lincoln's first generation of the MKZ lineup. It comes with a 3.5L V6 engine, producing 263 horsepower, mated to a smooth six-speed automatic transmission. The 2007 edition marked the introduction of all-wheel drive, adding to the previously rear-wheel-drive offering. Available trims include the base model, which is richly equipped with keyless entry, leather upholstery, a 10-way power driver seat, heated and ventilated front seats, and dual-zone automatic climate control. It also boasts an infotainment system with a six-CD changer, satellite radio, and auxiliary audio jack. Standard safety equipment on the Lincoln MKZ includes front-seat side airbags, full-length curtain-type airbags, traction control, anti-lock brakes and a tire-pressure monitoring system. For 2007, Lincoln introduced MKZ's 'Ultimate Package'which included a power sunroof, adaptive headlights, and a premium THX II-certified audio system.
