Introduced in 2007, the 2008 Audi A5 marked the first year of the model’s first generation. The coupe featured a 3.2-liter V6 engine producing 265 horsepower, combined with a 6-speed manual or an optional 6-speed automatic transmission. Available in Quattro (all-wheel-drive), the A5 was lauded for its elegant design, sporty handling, and luxurious cabin equipped with standard features like leather upholstery, powered front seats, and a panoramic sunroof. Its infotainment system boasted a 6.5" display, while its safety suite included features like electronic stability control and numerous airbags. Audi made no significant changes to the A5 model for 2008, as it was still new to the market.
