The 2008 Ford F-150, part of the truck's 11th generation, is a full-size pickup known for its superior towing capacity and comfortable, upscale interior. It is offered in a variety of trims, including XL, STX, XLT, FX4, Lariat, and renown King Ranch. Available engines range from a 4.2L V6 producing 202 horsepower to 5.4L V8 pushing out 300 horsepower. All models feature a four-speed automatic transmission and the option of rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. While not notable for fuel efficiency, the F-150 does provide a competitive payload and towing capacity for the year.
