This version of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, also known as the 'Evo X', was launched in 2007 for the 2008 model year. It houses a potent 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine which delivers 291 horsepower mated to a six-speed automated manual transmission. The all-wheel-drive system, called Super All Wheel Control (S-AWC), gives the Evo excellent grip and control. The Evolution comes in GSR and MR trims, each with different performance and luxury thoroughfares. While it's not packed with luxury items, the Lancer Evolution X does come with key features including Recaro sport seats and a 140-Watt audio system. One key infotainment feature includes the optional Rockford Fosgate 650-Watt premium sound system.
