2008 Nissan Frontier Overview

The 2008 Nissan Frontier is a compact pickup truck known for durability and off-road prowess. The vehicle comes in four trims: XE, SE, LE, and the PRO-4X off-road variant. Two engines are offered - the 152-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder (XE King Cab only) and the 261-hp 4.0-liter V6. A five-speed manual transmission is standard, with options for a five-speed automatic or a six-speed manual (V6 only). RWD is standard, with 4WD available on V6 models. Interior features include a six-speaker audio system, with an option for a rockford fosgate-powered audio system with satellite radio. Nissan's Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) stability system is also available.
