The 2009 Cadillac DeVille, also known as the DTS (DeVille Touring Sedan), represents the final generation of this storied full-size luxury sedan. Powered by a 4.6-liter Northstar V8 producing 275 hp or 292 hp depending on the trim, the DeVille delivers smooth and powerful performance. It features a four-speed automatic transmission and a front-wheel-drive configuration. Offered in multiple trim levels, the DeVille features top-notch luxury appointments such as leather upholstery, navigation, and Bose audio systems. Safety tech includes anti-lock brakes, traction control, and optional advanced features like blind-spot warning and lane-departure warning. However, the DeVille was phased out after the 2011 model year, with the Cadillac XTS taking over as the brand’s large sedan offering.
