2009 Mazda Tribute Overview

The 2009 Mazda Tribute is a compact SUV offered as either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. It comes available in three trims: Sport, Touring, and Grand Touring. Engine options comprise either a 171-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder or a 240-hp 3.0-liter V6, both paired with a five-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. Key safety features include vehicle stability assist, anti-lock brakes, and a comprehensive array of airbags. An optional navigation system, CD changer, and Bluetooth connectivity round out the tech highlights. Due to the Tribute being a rebadged version of the Ford Escape, it shared significant changes with the Escape in that model year, including an updated exterior and interior design and more efficient powertrain options.
