The 2009 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is an upscale, midsize German-engineered sedan. It's available in three trims: C300, C350 and the high-performance C63 AMG. The C300 offers two engine options, RWD or AWD, and a 3.0L V6 engine that outputs 228 horsepower. The C350 takes it up a notch with a 3.5L V6 engine that generates 268 horsepower. True performance lovers, however, will gravitate towards the C63 AMG, with its 6.2L V8 engine producing a jaw-dropping 451 horsepower. All trims boast an elegant interior loaded with quality materials, accompanied by an easy-to-use COMAND infotainment system. Safety highlights in the 2009 model include the addition of the PRE-SAFE system, which prepares the vehicle in anticipation of a crash by tightening the seat belts and closing the windows and sunroof, and a post-collision safety system. Mercedes-Benz rolled out the Palladium Silver exterior color with this model year.
