The 2010 Audi A6 is part of the model's fourth-generation lineup, which was first introduced in 2005. As a luxury midsize car, it is available in five trims: 3.2 Premium, 3.0T Premium, 3.0T Premium Plus, 4.2 Prestige and 3.0T Prestige. There are three engine options: a 3.2-liter V6 offering 265 hp, a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 with 300 hp, and a 4.2-liter V8 generating 350 hp. All models are equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission, while all-wheel drive (AWD) is standard on all but the base 3.2 Premium trim, where it is optional. Standard safety features include antilock disc brakes, stability control, front-seat side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags. The A6 is highly praised for its refined interiors, sporty performance, and leading edge technology with MMI (Multi Media Interface) system on a 6.5-inch display controlling entertainment, communication and navigational systems. Audi has made minor exterior styling updates for the 2010 model.
