The 2010 Ford Crown Victoria marked the penultimate year of Ford's long running full-size sedan. Both trims, LX and Police Interceptor, feature a 4.6-liter V8 that produces 224-horsepower for the LX and 250-hp for the Police Interceptor, mated with a four-speed automatic transmission. These rear-wheel drive sedans are known for their stability and easy drive. The LX variant is fitted with 16-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry, automatic climate control, power front seats, and a tilt steering wheel. The Police Interceptor package, designed specifically for law enforcement use, includes heavy-duty components and calibration for increased performance. In terms of safety, antilock brakes, front-seat side airbags, and a front-seat whiplash protection system are standard. Despite its relative lack of modern amenities, the Crown Victoria is prized for its robustness and spacious unibody design.
