2010 Ford F-450 Overview

The 2010 Ford F-450 forms a part of Ford's super-duty range. As part of its eighth generation that commenced in 2008, it is known for towing prowess and capability. It comes equipped with a 6.4L Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel engine that delivers 350 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a robust TorqShift 5-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, with a four-wheel drive available as an option. In terms of trims, the F-450 comes in XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Harley-Davidson editions, getting progressively more luxurious as you ascend. Standard technology highlights include an MP3 player and optional navigation. As far as safety is concerned, the F-450 comes with standard front airbags and available anti-lock brakes. Key changes from the previous year's model include a new tailgate and upgraded technological features.
