2011 Acura MDX Overview

The 2011 Acura MDX is part of the vehicle's second generation. It is a luxury midsize SUV that is powered by a 300-hp 3.7-liter V6 engine, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and driving all four wheels through Acura's sophisticated Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) system. The MDX is available in one trim level with optional packages. Standard features include leather upholstery, heated front seats, a power liftgate, a moonroof, and tri-zone automatic climate control. As for infotainment, it offers an 8-inch display, a 10-speaker Acura/ELS surround-sound audio system, Bluetooth, and satellite radio. Safety-wise, the MDX includes antilock disc brakes, front-seat side airbags, full-length side curtain airbags, active front head restraints, traction and stability control, and a rearview camera.
