The 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, a part of the third generation of the series, is a full-size pickup truck known for its dependability and performance. It comes with 4 different engine options: a 195-hp 4.3-liter V6, a 302-hp 4.8-liter V8, a 315-hp 5.3-liter V8, and a 403-hp 6.2-liter V8. These engines are paired with either a four-speed automatic or a six-speed automatic transmission system. There are four trims available: WT, LS, LT and LTZ with selectable drivetrains (RWD or 4WD). Noteworthy safety features include anti-lock brakes, stability control and front-seat side and side curtain airbags. This year's model also saw the introduction of the new 'Z60' street-performance suspension package. The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 falls a bit behind in terms of infotainment features. However, it offers optional navigation and a rearview camera system.
