The 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe is a full-size SUV from General Motors occupying the third generation of its lineage. With its truck-based body-on-frame architecture, it offers a blend of both capability and comfort. Two trims are available: the base LS and top-tier LTZ. It packs a strong 5.3-liter V8 under the hood, pumping out 320 horsepower and 335 pound-feet of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The engine employs Active Fuel Management for enhanced efficiency. Rear-wheel drive is standard, yet four-wheel drive is optional. Inside, the Tahoe can seat up to nine people, comprising three rows of comfortable seating. The well-equipped LS model offers dual-zone climate control, six-speaker audio system with CD, and satellite radio. Key safety features include four-wheel antilock disc brakes, stability control, front airbags, and head curtain airbags for all three rows. It does not offer some of the latest infotainment tech, but it has bluetooth connectivity.
