The 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid belong to the sixth generation of the Sonata lineup, and was a notable standout in the mid-size sedan market. It is powered by a 2.4L 4-cylinder engine combined with an electric motor, together producing 209 horsepower, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Its excellent fuel economy and eco-friendly hybrid feature were among the noteworthy characteristics of this model. The 2011 Sonata Hybrid was offered in a single trim with elegant features including keyless ignition/entry, Bluetooth, and a great sound system. Safety features comprised of full-length curtain-type airbags, front-seat side-impact airbags, ABS, and a sophisticated stability system. The car incorporated a unique Hybrid Blue Drive system that decided whether to burn gasoline, use the electric motor, or combine the two power sources based on present driving conditions. However, there were no significant changes made to the 2011 model-year.
